A lot of help please

Guys and guyettes, I need help real bad. I'm trying to get this blog up and I screwed something up big time. Could somebody look this code over and tell me what and where did I go wrong.

I took some code out for something ( I can't even remember why), and when I put it back this is what I got. I'd sure like to remove the 'Archive for the ‘Uncategorized’ category' line. I've been jacking with this a long time, and I also can't even remember what folder it came from. I guess I could and probably should just reinstall it.

Your site is firewalled here (flagged for illegal drugs) but why not use Wordpress (if you're not using it) and if you are - just plug the old files back in.

In WP - if you do not have any posts in a category, it will remove it. Try changing all posts to other categories.
