I need a reliable PHP coder as I have several projects to do in the upcoming months. These will mostly be alterations on existing programs or certain code for a particular website project.

I need honest opinions when I ask on situations I may need

I need someone that will set a completion date and finish on time.

I want someone from the US that I can also talk with on the phone.
This is a must, I cannot just deal with email all the time anymore

This is my business and its very important to myself and my clients to have my projects done correctly and on time and email just doesnt cut it in certain situations.

If you are an international programmer, I am not interested at this time, only because I need to be able to talk via phone and not just email and its much better in the us.
