Quick help please! date and time php

I am creating a site, user can sign up all around the world.... features, one of which is they choose the Time (Est, GMT.... ) For examply sign out on dnforum , click sign up it ask you the time setting.. I need a code to do this php in my page so that each users time can display of their individual page.

Ex: Saturday, April 21, 2007 16:19:02

Should do the trick It will show the local time on the Users's PC regardless of where they are.
