Video captures

Hi,
I am in need of capturing some videos from public sites. My client competed in some arm wrestling competitions and he does not have the videos for himself. A few have been taken offline and he fears they are gone for ever. How do I go about capturing a video from a public site? (Downloading it) There are 3 total. I need help

Works great.

Also be sure to check archive.org for old copies of the ones taken offline, and google's/yahoo's cache.
