WP contact form plugin needed - DNForum - Domain Sales, Domain Forum, Domain Appraisals, Domain Registrars

Im looking for a contact form plugin for wordpress that can be used to receive enquiries on products or services on some of my sites and will be able to identify the product be enquired about.

If anyone knows of one I would be eternally grateful

I came across this plugin, which works like a charm for anyone running a travel/accommodation wordpress site.
