Advert Network script - Required

Hi

We are looking for a script/software that allows us to run an Advertising Network.
It can be failry basic so long as it gets the job done.

Specifically:

1. Publishers can take the code and place it on their siteas which gets propogated with network Ads
2. Advertisers can purchase campaigns to show Ads on the network
3. Has a secure publisher/advertiser login system
4. Has full stats
5. Preferably template based

Anybody know of a good script that does this job?
Would also look at acquiring an existing site.

Although it's still in early beta (0.3) - the next level of development for phpadsnew is M3 - http://www.openads.org

It has more features for ad networks/media buyers than phpadsnew which although a great piece of software is designed more towards publishers getting control over their ads.

I forgot about the hosted/parter solutions.

I was just looking at www.kaonsoftwares.com/ad-network-script.html
but the lack of a forum/community which can provide feedback worries me. It could be filled with bugs though the demo looks great.

Kaonsoftwares.com looks very interesting with some great features and major potential but I found its demo real confusing especially regarding the kind of ads I would allow on my site where it only permitted one type of ad even though there were many different types on the list. The number of site categories was also sparce with only a few listed and none relevant to my site. I also did not see anything about how you announce on your site that ad space is for sale, such as a banner or text for your advertisers to click so they can get more information and signup. Plus did not see instructions about the process for advertisers to actually submit their ads to my site?

I think you can add as many categories and sub-cats as you like. Dont know about the different Ad types though it does offer different sized images, flash, videos, popups, popunders and a peelback.
It promotes itself as a adbrite/adengage clone though I am not sure if thats good as I never really liked there way of doing things. It is relatively confusing. Certainly, any ads placed need to have an 'Advertise Here' link added to them.

I just wonder how old the software, or up to date it is as when I logged into the admin panel it said that the last login was July 2008

Another one I was looking at was Inoutscripts.com.. but that looks a bit lighter.
I kind of really want something simple, not based on PPC or Impressions ONLY but the ability for an Advertiser to see the website inventory, buy Run of Network ads and also to simply pay $x amount for a specific Ad size for a one month, or so, period.
Of course, it would be nice to track impressions and clicks but I am looking for a simple solution for placement.

Please let me know if you find a good solution and I agree it needs to be simple compared to kaonsoftwares which seems complex and has features which are not required, such as advertisers tracking the stats etc., where they may be disappointed with some of the stats they see

I also looked at inoutscripts.com which at first looked very good but then I noticed you can only run PPC ads and all I want to offer is monthly fee ads but did not see that option so still looking. Reason is I have some good often long-tail domains/sites which have low traffic but with the excellent keyword targeting they get well targeted nice traffic making them a real good deal for potential adtvertisers (if only paying a low ppc) but due to low traffic not even worth it for me to offer ppc.
