Business Directory Script.

I am looking for a business directory script, not a link directory as most of the places will not have websites, maybe I can also push some websites and Hosting on to them later.

It would be like the yellow pages for a local place online. Anyone know of a script like this. I am currently looking but finding none as of now. I can always modify a link directory if need be.

Features I am looking for,

Paid featured spots (paypal or other payment systems)

I guess that is the only big thing that I would like to be built in already as I am sure I could add the rest myself.

Now that I look at them, they are both link directories, but I am sure I will be able to edit a normal script to remove and add feilds I want to.
