Contextual Script - Does this exist

I have "traffic drivers" on other peoples websites that contain links to my sites. Effectively these drivers can be looked at as advertisements.

These "drivers" would be more effective if the links to my sites were related to the content on the page the user is on. So, if the user is on a page about car stereos, a link to my article about car speakers came up instead of just a link to an article about car tires which may show up by default.

Does such a script exist, or could I cobble something together from an existing contextual ad solution script?

thanks
