I need some sort of instant messenger type thing that is free so I can answer my customers questions without having any delay. I used CSLH but when we tested it he said that the delay was really bad. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

I looked at HCL before but i decided against it because it looked like people had to login in order to chat. I'll hook it up later and see if i like it or not.

No, they do not need to log in to chat. The only people whom need to login are the operators and admin.

I know you specified "Free", but I thought you should know about the Active Stats script from WorldWideCreations.com. It's a retail script for under $30 and works wonderfully. I have it installed at VBBranding.com. It comes with an executable you run from your computer. Whenever someone stops in at your site, the program notifies you of their presence, tells you their IP address, where they came from, and which page they are currently viewing. All of this is logged for future reference (such as tryng to analyze which paths people are taking on your site, which pages they are spending the most time at, and so forth) Visitors can click on a link to access the live help. If you're not online, it tells them that and refers them to your email support (or whatever you want to refer them to)
