I Need A Script

I desperately need a script in php or a plugin for wordpress that will allow visitors to input the town and name of the mayor of their town. Then be able to comment on why he or she sucks. It is for a domain that I just secured called MyMayorSucks.com. I need ASAP, but I haven't been able to find anything at all that will allow me to do this. I would like for it to have recently posted and most commented on functions if at all possible. I thought about using a confession script, but the ones that I have found are pretty thin in features. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Quick thoughts;

could use wordpress tdo-mini-forms: allows unregisterd users to make a post iei their mayor and why he sucks

use top commenter plug in
use wp-post views plug in

also maybe get wp-reviews and allow additional people to rate and review the mayor

I would go Joomla Out of the box

It has the ability to Review Articles ( The Mayor)

Add Articles

You wouldn't need custom script.

Just a bit of effort configuring it.
