Looking for the best Directory Script I can buy - DNForum - Domain Sales, Domain Forum, Domain Appraisals, Domain Registrars

I'm looking for a directory script (preferably PHP) that is top-notch in terms of design flexibility, user control, administration, and in particular the ability to have contextual ads placed for high conversion. Also, need the ability to be able to allow users to pay for upgraded listings/positions.

I'm not worried about the cost.

Any ideas?

freeglobes is nice too - see Strictly Canadian Web Directory for a live example. It's 100% free too - but phplinkdirectory.com is a great package as well.
