Looking for Business Directory script

i am looking for a business directory script.
one that lists

name,address,phone,fax,email,website, etc.

must be able to import records from mysql, excel.
must run on linux.

also would be interested in a portal type setup.

anyone use anything like this?

I've seen this plug-in as well. Since I'm a Joomla fan, I would go for this.
