Does anyone know of a decent real estate script?

I've got a few domains that I would like to develope into local real estate sites.

If anyone has any suggestions or can point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.

http://phpmyrealty.com/ is the most professional one out there and is used by some of the biggest realtors. No other script comes close to in comparison
