need a frame html code - DNForum - Domain Sales, Domain Forum, Domain Appraisals, Domain Registrars

Can anyone give me the html code for a simple frame set with a no border/no scrolling option page split into two rows. The top frame will only have text and the bottom will need to redirect to a web url. Thanks in advance.

I haven't done frames in forever, I've forgotten how. Here's some help for you however, give this a try and if this doesn't help maybe someone else can give you the code you need.
