need a good forum vbulliton coder & designer

I like to create forums. I recently purchased www.turkeyforums.com and would like to create a classified ads site as well as a vbulliton forum with turkish graphics, etc,, daily news feeds, etc, and also have it riddled with adsense.

I scanned the net, and although the design is horrible, this site has a good forum and subtopics, etc, as well as a script for a classifieds ad site. I want what this site has, but better.
