Need shared online whiteboard script

I need a whiteboard script for my website. I need it to be able to have just 2 people in a room seeing each others board, or the same board that they can edit. basic tools, nothing fancy. Does it exist, or do I have to hire someone to make it? Any, and all help is apprecaited. thanks
