Real Estate Content Generation

Hi All -

I have about 350 real estate related domains I want to begin pulling from the parking account and develop or feed content into.

Hosting not an issue - I have 2 servers, one for windows (asp vb apps) and another for apache requirements.

I know it is a highly competitive industry - but the goals are fairly low on these domains.

Has anyone used any scripts or strategies for this market?

I am considering a directory type site, with only niche professions listed in the directory. Then compliment the site with related articles for a header and footer section of each profession/niche.

Obviously, I want it as automated as possible and able to reproduce over a large number of domains in the shrtest amount of time (3-5 per day).

hey mark.....

i would develop with wordpress and use auto rss feeds for content....some u can also re-direct to affiliate links.....i sent u a PM

Hi Tony -

Very interesting! I looked at the sites you sent over via PM...

How are you using the redirect? I noticed the redirect site actually has several indexed pages, so it is not being penalized for the redir...

Do you see activity in the site logs? Generic search visitors, or are they mostly type-ins?

This is an interesting topic for me as well.

I do have a lot of Real Estate Doamins.

Some I paid like $350.00 etc.
Some are just rigged.

Take a look at http://www.top-invest.com
Site is connected to propertylistingexchange.com and gets new listings automatically fed into site from associated realty sites.
Works automatically, just a look once in a while is sufficient.

Wordpress is great, but using auto-RSS is risky because of the widely known footprint wordpress shares with 100.000 other Auto-Blogs.. Further, most webmasters won't like their own content re-published on another blog if not using google/yahoo etc. newsfeeds.. but these feeds just link back to their orginal source, i.e. all articles linking to google/yahoo..

But there are better systems

Well, compared to "use auto rss feeds for content" ,yes. Because i don't think that any wordpress auto-RSS blog would get you 2200+ pages indexed ..and setup of that site just took about 10 seconds compared to wordpress installation + plugin + category + feed setup.

ye com'on.. i suspected you will link your site now, but isn't that website one of your babies?

I really like it, but it's not just auto-RSS and was grown over time right? But i agree your site is way more quality and interesting looking content, even though our template may have slightly higher CTR, but nothing to compare yet^
