Real Estate Script Needed and installed - DNForum - Domain Sales, Domain Forum, Domain Appraisals, Domain Registrars

I'm looking for a very good real estate script that will let users come in and post their homes for sale/rent/roommates/swap etc..

Need it installed also please.

Users will need to be able to search by city or have separate page for each city. Ie. www.realestate.com/NY www.realestate.com/NJ

Checked that script out a few times. The demo either never works or the logins don't work.

Just checked again. Demo is visible but would you beleive it, passwords don't work. Have sent many emails to them regarding this and never a response.

I have developed a custom script based on that openrealty. Let me know. It works and have sold it in past to some clients. what is your budget? Thanks.

Can also modify the layout once again if you want custom template for it.

Hope you are not saying that you are charging for the code. Since you developed it from openrealty your code is also open source. Please see http://www.open-realty.org/license_info.html However, you can charge for your time to install, support, and customize. But the code must be available for free.
