Script for database

Looking for a script for a database, php that would allow a member to add a comment and then have the database available for search.

Example of what I need.

Suppose the websites name is debtcollect.com
People enter other people names that owe them money or whatever, will all have to be verified of course. But then after verified its a searchable database by others that want to check out if they are dealing with a reputable person as to paying bills on time or whatever the case may be.

So essentialy, its enter all standard info and complaint section. Then it would be searchable via the website we will have.

Then a list of people would appear on a page of debts after approval
Then would be able to view by state city, name, zip etc

if you supply the data this should be a simple search/add for MySQL which could be foundat any php/mysql tutorial site

Yes , just get hold of any coder to do this for you , would be less work than hunting for such a script .
