i am looking for the best scripts for selling online shops

like buyitsellit or ecreator...maybe they are different but i am also looking for both of them!

i need one which has master admin and creates sub admins each user can control his shop with the options i choose for him...

auto creation of shops....i love the way buyitsellit looks need something like that

also the user can choose of numerous domains to create his own subdomain under my domains like: shop1.somestore.com

with nice users templates to choose...

can you point me to which is the best scripts if there is some?
and if you are a high end programmer/designer how much it will cost to build one or customize one of the scripts to looks nicer/easier and to add more nice templates ?
