teach me how to install a script

Hi I would like someone to help me install a script mysql database php. I have never done this before. I have MSN and maybe we can chat an install this together. I would really love to learn how to do this but no one around to teach :emba:

All you have to do usually is just upload all the files, then run an install and/or change some settings in a file or database.

please provide more info.

What script is it? (the name)

What server you plan to upload to (does it support php and msql) - can you get to your MYSQL database?

Did the script come with special instructions?

Normally if its a php script, you need to create a database first and then upload, change file/folder permissions and run install. (automatic setup).

However each script is different where you may need to edit either a config file or a file that connects to the database. You may need to setup things manually in this case.

Again need more info to help.
