It's just another free directory xman, and to be honest, you seem to have accepted all sites submited, and not hand picked the best, so i don't know.
Design wise, its simple, simple is good, but your home page is just simple to the point of being dyubed lifeless. Maybe a little color to the body background, a soft shade of something added, pro looking icons for each catagory, be creative, it wont hurt you.
