My last intention is to spam here, this is an honest question. If this is in the wrong spot could you please redirect me so I can get a mod to move this. If not, then I am good.
I have been doing webmastering for sometime now. I recently (3.5 days ago) started a community based website. (Not forum based). I realized after talking to some people and watching for myself that this site has serious potential and it is taking off really quickly.
Please first look at this:
Secondly tell yourself of this.
1. This site just started three and a half days ago.
2. The only advertising that was done was viral (Word of mouth)
You saw the visual stats, now here's some physical stats.
The site has 157 registrations in just three and a half days. Below is todays stats.
In total the community has done this today:
New Members: 30

Now, the advice I need is this. What type of advertising scheme would you put together for this. I want to absolutlely avoid cheap $/clicks. I have read too many horror stories with Google, etc. Main questions I would like to have answered.
1. Are these (The image stats from Webalizer) decent stats for 3.5 days.
2. How much do people generally charge for impressions on ads, etc.
Any other advice in general is appreciated. I tried to make sure I have not said my domain, or anything of that sort to A) Prevent as much unwanted traffic as possible B) Not spam the forums.
Please and thank you - God Bless.
