Any Opinions? My New Mini-Site system

I am in the process of having a domain monetization/Mini-Site system custom built utilizing adsense, launch will be in about a month or so.

#1 ) Right now I just have the basic design up for the home page , would like your opinions on the design , its not finished yet but tell me if you like the look. ( I know there are a couple typos there right now )

#2) Here are some of the features I am having built into the system , please give me opinions and suggestions here as well.

- Free Hosting, just change your nameservers to dnjet's namesevers after you build your site.
- No html knowledge required , complete click & go.
- Add images from your hard drive to your pages.
- Add your own introduction text to your pages for unique content on each page.
- Along with your personalized introduction text , select an artice from our categorized database of articles that is relavent to your theme.
- When you select the article for your page , complete relavent meta tags also automatically get inserted into that page Title/Description/keywords for search engine friendly pages.
- Users allowed to create as many mini-sites as they want , up to 5 pages each.
- 75% revenue share to you , adsense rotates the code 3 to 1 (yes I have permission from google). Sorry YPN can't be used , maybe in the future.
- Domain for sale link on your site that links to you email.

And possibly some more good stuff I am thinking of at the moment.

I like the graphic on the top, but the text area is definately too cluttered- needs to be cleaned up to have a more professional look which is important if you are hoping to have people park their domains with you.
