That backgroung image when the site loads is AWFULL. seriously take it off.
Again like i said before, u have a solid placement for your content, which is a great thing, but ur design is so lifeless, you need something to spice it up, its boring right now and doesnt push people to read and go through ur site tbh.

Anyway, keep it up

It used to be a logo but the wrong graphic got stuck with the pointer,.
