Hi.

Dev3.com's design is a very simple one, which is not a bad thing. It's clean and to the point. The content is presented in a good way, and navigation is easy enough to follow. One thing I wanted to comment on, was your banner.

The banner in your site is the only real thing giving life and color to your site, but in your case, it's the most annoying thing i have ever seen in my life

Those little red things keep moving up and down, up and down, i mean, first few times i found them interesting, then my wife realised i was telling the monitor to stop moving =)

Overall, it's a nice simple design that does the job. Just consider fixing the banner to not be as annoying =)

wow no english option in the header text or translation? Whoa.

Having read the above post i was prepared for a horror.
It's cute but..what is it? Kind of cool but slower onlines will have to navel gaze while it loads...
