Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!After building the initial domain portfolio application and getting feedback from domain owners, I realized that I built the thing completely a$$ backwards. I should have built it as a tool for domain owners to manage their domains and not as a tool to present them to people for sale... I don't know why I didn't realize this at first because I too have thousands of domains and they are reg'd all over the place, with different emails, expiration dates, etc... and having one single place to go to to manage and view all of this important information makes it sooooo much easier.
Take a look at this http://www.domainerport.com.
Log on with email = support@domainerport.com and password = password.
Features:
1. Dynamically search on Domain Name, Registrar, Type (Parked, Developed, Not Developed)
2. Sort any column
3. Click the folder to the left of a domain to view and edit its' details.
4. Check boxes to remove domains
5. Add single or BULK domains VERY easily.
6. Days Til Expiration is dynamically calculated and colored based on how close the expiration date is. Default sort for the grid is Days Til Expiration Date ascending and then Domain Name ascending.
I loaded up well over 3000 domains yesterday and the performance was great.
I am going to be charging a small fee of $10 a year (that's right...just 10 bucks) for anyone who wants to use this.
I will be taking feedback from people and will be adding new functionality (no additional charge) like exporting data to a csv file, choosing which columns you want to see on the default grid view, custom skinning for look and feel, etc...
The log in to the application is very secure - using PHP and MySQL. When you sign on to the application, you will only be able to see and have control over your own domains.
Feedback is appreciated...
