It happens when you click on 'Legal' and then "Read Terms and Conditions'; it will not let you click on the menu bar after that.

as soon as I moved it to the FMA server it
treated the code differently (for the POP-up). I am fixing this now.
Thanks for letting me know.

I very much like it. I am planning on having a similar site build for my Corp.

I agree that this would not be a concern. As a corporate image site it is not going to be frequented by random dial-up surfers. Your customers will be virtually all broadband users and it looks great on a fast connection (by the end of this year about 40% of ALL users are expected to be on broadband and you can bet virtually all medium to large business users will be).Originally posted by elequa

If you represent the Future - you need to LOOK like the Future - and this site does.

It's interesting to me that you have acquired cool.com. I remember reading an article a couple of years ago about one of the previous owners of the name being offered AUS$37.5m for the domain - AUS$5m in cash and the rest in shares if I remember rightly. Sadly for him at the time he turned it down.
Your site is very professional and your names are superb, I wish you well.
The number of Broadband customers is growing but not wanting to do business with the Narrow band customers is cutting out 2/3 of internet users.Originally posted by elequa

I would be on broadband but it's unavailable. I am sure there are others in my situation with a lot more money you would like to do business with.
Looks real sharp, I am in the process of doing mine as well, www.deepstar.com

I like the site (a lot), but I don't like the slogan:
"We're changing the face of the internet landscape"
From a marketing standpoint, it's too "blah-zay"... In another words it "doesn't trip my trigger"...
The "We're", part of the slogan is bad, because you never want to use a contraction in a "marketing slogan".
The "changing the face of the internet landscape" language is to broad. It's impact is minimized even more when visitors aren't sure yet what you do when first visiting.
Here is my suggestion with respect to the slogan:
1) Come up with a short, succint slogan. Run it past different people before settling on the "perfect" slogan. The slogan is what people "see" first when they come to your site. The pictures are fine, but the words will tell them who you are.
some suggestions (with a Architectectual theme):
a) We create with the future in mindâ„¢
b) We are building a better internetâ„¢ (parents/gen audiences will attract well to this theme)
c) As you can see, we are the futureâ„¢ (bold, but fits the bold messages "embedded" with each "change" of the landscape)
d) We are changing the internet landscape for the betterâ„¢(this "better" theme is powerful, because it will connect you to people who are fed up with lame sites).
As far as web design recommendations, I would get rid of the "pop up" pages for Mp3.tv, oxide et al. That is the "old" internet. I realize you want people to still keep the FMA page open, but it detracts more than helps IMHO. When I click on the Oxideâ„¢ logo on FMA, I should be taken to Oxideâ„¢ via a "inside" window, that keeps a "FMA" bar/logo at the top of the screen (at all times).

If anything, I would drop the 'we're'.
Oh, one more thing. My connection to your site was less than 3 seconds (broadband connection). The experience was something that I would expect from "Future Media Architects"...
Same here. It isnt available in my area yet.Originally posted by jh3

I think you should have a link on your site with some simple HTML page or something, for the dial-up users.

Looks good. I would add some sound to go along with the animations, and when you go over the links.
Must be nice to be able to buy just about any domain you want

The site looks very nice!
My suggestions:
1. Use the fonts consistently. On the homepage there are now many different fonts: bold, caps, colors, style etc. If you use too many fonts it might look cluttered.
2. Make sure the text (slogan etc.) is readable, that they stand out just enough from the background picture.
3. Try a darker background color for the page. I'm currently on 1280x1024 and there is a lot of white space. If the background is dark, the visitor's attention will be drawn to the website content itself, which is what you want.
Hope this helps!
