I think it's a great idea. My advise would be to get as much traffic to the site as possible. Once it starts to fill up with projects and people start making use of it I think it will become quite popular. Right now you need to get people to place more projects on the site.

I think the best way would be to place banner ads in all of the design forums on the net.

The site looks nice. The main problem is, is that you're dealing with a lot of competition, like rentacoder and others. I think you really need to create some sort of incentive for users to post projects. You might go to the DNF$ forum here and offer DNF$ for each project that gets excepted. Advertising in "affiliate programs" as well. Good luck.
