Okay as most of you know i own a image Hosting site it needed some work and some coding and here is the end result please let me know how it is thanks!

blue links on a blue background makes for serious eye strain. You should change the link color to red (like your hover) and your visited color to yellow (or the other way around) so the links are easier to see and more noticeable.
Also the black text on blue should be either enlarged, or it's color changed to white as that's also difficult to see over the blue.
Other than the color issues, you're doing just fine.
yeah agree with that, the blue links are very eye straining but the rest is good keep it up
okay i fixed them up and i have over 100 members and get 250 uniques and more signups aday and a couple paid members how much would this site be worth?
sorry, i don't mean to sound like an *(%$(#$, but if this is cleaned up i don't want to know what it was like before.
the site is horrible. black text on dark blue background. i can barely read it. orange links are nice, but the site looks like it was slapped together in 5 seconds using notepad. i mean the login box is like out in space somewhere, the google advertisement is just like slapped on the side and not centered or anything.
you asked for feedback, and i honestly gave it. on a side note, the logo looks good and the orange side panel is OK, but a little not easy on the eyes.

thank you luc im here to get flamed i need to learn how to do this. and belive this i payed someone like a idiot 50.00 for this job! jeez im an moron! now i have no idea how to fix it due to me not knowing how to work really good with php!
all PHP scripts usually require HTML templates like the one for your home page, for the signup page, etc. so, you should be able to just edit out these templates to look nicer and you shouldn't ever have to open up the scripts.
this is what happens MOST of the time. however, it's possible that if the programmer was an idiot he integrated the pages directly into the PHP script (which is a bad programming practice) and then you have to edit the script.
hopefully, you should be able to just edit the templates. use Dreamweaver or maybe buy a ready made template on monster.com for like $30. just avoid the flash crap because it will eat up a ton of bandwidth and slow down your site.
