It looks good. I don't understand why the domain is in Spanish, but the website is in English.
I do like the way that you integrated adsense into the site though.

You should be adding pretty URLs as soon as possible for all searches, instead of these:

And you need a MOBILE FRIENDLY version of this. I just looked at it on my android phone. The entire site is showing and not that easy to navigate.

Your audience is going to be Hispanic (desperately need the Spanish alternative) and likely on the move and ALWAYS have their phones with them (MUST HAVE MOBILE VERSION!)

For Mobile, keep it simple search mode utilizing zip code OR city name.

If the site is done as a Joomla or WordPress or Drupal install, these are easily corrected by adding modules.

Getting a script to run a Google translation is not a big issue (I just don't know much about installing or where to install the script).

It is a very easy plug in to load and include and activate.

I think it is available in over 30 languages.

@bigboydog_0 as stated before, I would get the whole site translated to spanish, I dont see the point in keeping an english version. Also, it might be a good idea to focus in just one country (to start) so you can adapt your strategy to them. Maybe Spain?

It's a Spanish word. A spanish person knows it's double R and there's an S after casa and barrata. Then, again it's in Spanish. I bet it would do well in Spanish speaking countries. And of course, in US cities where population is predominantly Hispanics.
