What is it you've done?

All i see is a template, and the banner is as is.
You simply added the word iPhoneChat (that to me is not simplicty, but plain lack of designing skills)

One of my firends is running a designer forum that uses your exact template.

Sorry, i think there should be a rule AGAINST people posting TEMPLATES and work that THEY THEMSELVES have not designed or created.
They shopuld NOT be given credit for something they did not do.

But, on another note, good luck with your site.

and i know you did not say it was yours, i was just stating, that why ask for peoples opinions if you have not done anything yourself, color of the banner is still the same i believe. Customize your forum i guess, make your own icons, redesign the baner or whatever, these are my tips at first glance. Good Luck.

Just to be a tad bit more helpful, www.shoutingzone.com uses a very well known theme for smf. yet honestly, they have done a great job so far (seeing as it's only been up for a few days) in not only adding a very unique touch, but also adding some interesting/fun content.

I noticed a few tricks they used in getting members to keep coming back and posting, one being partners with Stickam, and yesterday had live cam feeds of members up, but this is smart publicity.

Honestly hope your forum takes off.
Again, good luck, and please don't take any of the negative imput before as personal in any way, it's a general thought that people should not ask for a review unless they are the soul creators of their designs/sites.
