Joomla geo domain - feedback wanted

    Hi

I am a magazine publisher based in Hong Kong. I have just built my first geodomain using Joomla! and content from a community print magazine I own. I would really appreciate any feedback you guys might have, especially regarding how I can build advertising modules and use SOBI2

    Here's the link: Sai Kung

    Thanks in advance.

    Nice Site

You may get more reply from Joomla related websites/forums
as DNForum is more focused on Domain names. However...

I noticed that you didn't apply any SEO.
Right now, all your pages have same "description"
    and same "keywords".

You may want to install some extension for it.
    "JoomSEO" seem popular.
    I use "sh404SEF".

    JoomSEO - Free
sh404SEF - Used to be free, but, now it cost $35.

Don't want to install any? At least add "description"
and "keywords" for each of your articles.

To do that, every time you post new articles, click on
"Metadata Information" on your right side bottom and you
can type in "Description" and "Keywords".

As for "advertising modules" - There are tons of it available.
    Check at http://extensions.joomla.org/

    Good Luck

Whatever Copper says about Joomla is gospel, in my book.

Very nice site, well structured, easy to navigate.

If this is a template, please PM the site's origin.

    I really like it.

I also think it is VERY VERY important to add a multilingual plug in to nearly any site, especially geo.

From what I understand, and have personally seen, the site not only goes to the language selected (the interpretation is not perfect) but the Adsense ads do as well.

This just adds not only to the appeal of making a site interesting to all but also helps you monitize even more as it keeps your reader on your site and the ads would appeal to that person (language) as well.
