1. Looks like a mini site
2. It is made for resolution 800 X 600 or higher but on this resolution it shows horizontal scroll bar.
3. The site is using frames which I would avoid.
4. There is not page title.

5. The text is center aligned which is not standard practice. Plus I don't think proper spacing has been given between paragraphs and lines.

Often, google give new site a taste of first page, but, that's just temporary.
