As far as I can see except for title you haven't done anything for SEO.

Hi all,
I have just put together a this Graduate Scheme website and wondered what you think. I have only spend an hour or two on it and intend to add other pages to go with the NHS page but in terms of SEO (or anything else for that matter) do you think it could be improved?

Ok, so that is a pretty bad start then.
The articles on the website are optimized...or so I thought. Also the meta tags.
Or am I doing something totally wrong? What should I be doing?

Looks like you just put up Wordpress and a theme in about 2 minutes. Take your time and put some effort into content. I like the theme though.
