Ok... I've had a little less time to work on this than I would have hoped. But that's life.

I built something "similar" to ElfYourself.com but with my app, you can control the elves yourself. Making them dance... The user can upload a photo or multiple photos (up to 5), select an elf gender (changes the outfit), select music, select a background, type a message and then get a URL to send to friends, facebook, etc.

Here is an example of the output. Everything is loaded dynamically into the flash file from the URL parameters. Just click somewhere in the flash file after it loads and then use your left, right, up and down keys to move the elves. Again, if you know URL parameters, you can play around with them and see how the flash file changes.
