Just made this chat site and was wondering if people thought it was worth me putting time and money into.

Well, the phrase "best chatroom in the world" or whatever it was is, you know, it just doesnt do you any good. Mouth off basicly means to curse, or get verbal with someone, so it leeds people to think its some swearing arena.

you need a better name in my opinion if you want the chat to be for everyone. It's rather bland you need a site to go with the chat room i think.

The chat room itself is good, Well designed and all, the navigation within the rooms and so on was blah at first then i got the hang of it.

So yeah, it's not a chat site, more like a chat room. So anyway, nice work mate, and good luck with it!
