Nice clean site, basic, I like the white background and black text.

I would use more color at the top of the page instead of a brown/black header. Makeup makes you think color. If you can, get someone to make you a unique logo for the domain.

well you need to put this in spanish only or bilingual english/spanish. i am opposed to english .mx names when mexico is an all spanish country. good start.

I suggest you images to those blocks of text.
It seems so dry and ominous to stare at a screen full TEXT ONLY.

Make the first home page article shorter and carry it over (read more here link) to the page that article will finally live.

Agreed with the overall color scheme. Makeup screams color, color pallets, etc.

In general, nice looking first site.
