Very nice. The only thing I would possibly change is the images so they all conform to the same size and in the same format (boxed and so on. SEO work needs to be done.

well...
I would not have your other sites in a drop down.. this does nothing for the user or your PR..
The images should be consistant size and you should airbrush around images so they look more professional.
You should use your keywords in the site eg: aircraft leasing rather than credit/leasing. You should have your keywords in the title...
I really didn't spend much time but this is my quick assessment.
