Hi guys,

I would appreciate a honest review of the following website:

A friend is working at this company and was assigned to build this site, and has asked me to help him out with the marketing. I need more opinions on the website itself before I go on to help him out. There is something about it that I don't like... I don't like the frames in the main page, or that the flash intro sound is still playing when you enter the main page... and that color is not my style either. What do you think?

This company is a Luxury property developer in Cyprus.

i really think it needs a new design
you have iframes that dont show and are hard to navigate, you have large left banner with nothing to show
you have top gif header(or flash) glowing all the time
you got many mentions of the word palatino

you need more content and some pics inside that content
you need a clear banner/logo of the website
you need some better colors and not just this red ruling everything(even though i m Olympiakos fanatikos)
you need to get rid of the music, if u had a flash with some effects inside it ll be better

you need a new website

ps: everything i wrote was before reading the sentence where you write what you dont like,

People should stop designing web sites as if they are TV commercials.

Content & ease of navigation come first, along with search engine optimization. Looks come second. Spicing up the theme with music/sounds/video etc comes last.

Yep, this product should have a really clean modern looking website with a logical straight forward presentation.

Kill that scrolling frame, the Flash (especially the loader), let the copy breath on the pages of a super clean CSS/HTML template with a proper header and footer. Make a stunning gallery and you will have a winner.

I am also wondering... can flash websites be optimized for SE ?
