Well, it's not my first website, but it's the first time I do something for a mobile platform..
Basically, this website allows you to add some flickr sets which then will be available at http://iphone.flickr2iphone.com (iPhone optimised) ...
Also when you update these sets on flickr, they are automatically updated on flickr2iphone.
What do you think about the design, the concept ?

Hmm, I'm left rather confused. When I click through I get to a page with no instructions so I would have walked away at that point. Also the line of graphics is confusing. At first glance it looked like one big photo, then I realized it was four individual screen shots.
I'd go for a bit more text explaining the program and some captions explaining what each photo represents.
