Hello everyone i need some reviews for my new company thats about 30 days away from starting it about 85% done we are looking to do another logo www Clean biz also please let me know of other changes thanks!

nice clean site - i like it.

i would suggest having clearer discription of what the site offers - i.e. "cleaning referal service" "cleaning company" etc.

some other thouts - is it a national company or local, what are you providing to the consumer, whats the call to action

There are numerous SEO issues with this site. First of all, all of your pages have duplicates titles. Not only that, the existing title for home page is completely not optimized. If you are offering commercial cleaning services in Kansas, those are the keywords you should use in your home page title. Secondly, none of your pages have any meta descriptions. Google and other search engines use meta descriptions in the snippet they show to users, so not having them is a very big drawback. If you're trying to rank for any keywords in search engines such as Google, these issues will definitely stop you from ranking well.

A few other observations:

The phone number is not easily visible, and it should be.
Finally, the copyright year says 2011, and we are in 2012

Good name. I wondered at first what the site was about. The title "welcome" didn't help much. A scroll down below the fold, told me what it was about.

I notice on the contact page you have "Insert the Cod" next to the captcha...do you clean fish too! Why are you using a captcha? Expecting tons of spam on a new site? Wanting to put off people contacting you? (I notice the page title of the contact form is also "welcome").

Speaking of spam, I see you have a mailto link for the email address on the contact page. That will probably get you more spam than your contact form ever would. You have the wrong HTML on the mailto link so it's only good to spammers as it is.

Why the required email and telephone on the contact form? Suppose the contact doesn't want to give you their phone number? Suppose they don't have an email address or don't want to give it??? I rarely make required fields on a contact form, other than the message of course.

Again, same with the name, suppose the prospect doesn't want to give their name? Suppose someone just wants to contact you to report a broken link? They won't do so if they have to give their name, email and phone number.

Is this cleaning company so busy that they can afford to put obstacles in the way of prospects?

I notice your newsletter signup doesn't require verification of the email, so I could enter tons of other people's email addresses which would make the cleaning company pretty unpopular!

You have Office: Phone: on the contact page but no values for them.

I see JavaScript is required to use the contact form? Why so? They might get potentially their biggest customer coming along but who doesn't enable JavaScript and might lose them!

I make it as easy as possible for people to contact me. I don't believe in putting obstacles in their way.

You've got 35 validation errors on the homepage. I see it's XHTML, is there a reason for that? I always use HTML 4.01, I find it easy to validate. I also find a lot/most people using XHTML have validation errors.

I see you repeat the navigation at the bottom of the page. I'm not a great fan of that. I don't like duplicate links on the same page, potentially confusing, I like to "train" visitors to use the navigation by always putting it in the same place on every page and only one instance of it.

I see you have "877- Cleaning" for the phone number. Do people understand what that is? Do they know how to dial it? I would put the actual number in there instead.

I like the look of the site, it's clean and tidy, which reflects well on the business!!

Thanks Charles im trying to reach the web designer thats on my site , but he is a cheese ball so i cannot make the changes i need!!! will never do business with them again , thanks for your insight!!

I would redo the thing on the side that says request a free quote. It looks cheesy.

On the services page it all looks jumbled together. Should be created as a list not all crammed together like that. The text below the services is too close and should be spaced at least one more time if not more. I would remove all of the jumble and just use main categories. If you must put specific services instead of in the list then maybe add an area that says our specialties or specialize in:

Near the bottom on the service page it says make ready? Is this a new service that people are offering? Maybe should remove or reword that.

Read the text on the pricing page and you will see several punctuation mistakes.

On the FAQ there are some spacing errors that you should fix in order to have everything aligned properly.

Insert the cod is kinda funny lol you should definitely get that fixed.

On the side where it says you earn our trust - the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and last line is mostly capped while the 4th line has lowercase. Looks kinda silly like that. You should either fix the 4th line to match the rest or only cap the first in each sentence.

That is just a few things off hand. Logo definitely needs to go as well. Other than that looks good.
