I like it. I would do something different with the welcome to our site just because it looks to plain or maybe because the W is capped and the rest is small letters?

It looks like a nice site to me, but my skills are in the text rather than the web design area. Regarding the text, just a few comments:

Register yourself here, [I think this should be a period rather than a comma]

we have thousands of daily visitors that come to our website . . . [I think 'that come to our website' should be 'who come to our website]

. . . looking for latest homes for sale, cars for sale, professionals in your area and furniture for sale. [I think this sounds as if the 'professionals in your area' are for sale]

Se Vende por el Dueño provides its clients and visitors the best option . . . [I think it would be better to have 'with' before 'the best option.']

. . . to find homes for sale, cars for sale, find professionals, furniture for sale [As above, I think this sounds like the site finds professionals for sale, rather than just their services.]

1. The design style looks old
2. Lots of wasted space
3. The menu icons "Home" "Cars" e.t.c. on inner pages are poor
4. On some pages I could see a long horizontal scroll bar
5. Header is ordinary
