Well, http://www.pageranktoplist.com is relatively new - 3 months.
It's search-engine friendly toplist rating participating sites primarily by pagerank and secondary by hits in.
My questions:
1) How do you like the idea ?
2) How do you like the implementation (design, layout, usability, etc)
3) Would you join such a top. If not - why, what should i change ?

Good idea. I would put more color or contrast to get more ´life´. Maybe all the info between the chart and the header its too much together and maybe you must to think to put it in other place.
