Nice site with a good overall look, very nice and clean. The adds on the homepage look a little cluttered as you have quite a few close together. Info is limited but expected as only one day old.

I fixed the autoplay issue...
I did not hear sound. But check it out i like the name. Normally I hate dash names but this seems to work. I was curious to see what the name could be about.
Have you tried using medical colors? or an image of a doctor? it seems kind of autumn colored. But definitely looks professional.
