Your forum looks good keep up the great work!

As far as the design goes it seems to me that there is a lot of open space, try to clean it up a bit. Also maybe adding a right sidebar with some cool plugins such as top 10 recent threads and what not would be good. A lot of members like that so they can access recent topics quickly.

Also, in the top of your site title: "An online biz and finance community world wide"

I would change that to: "An online business and financial community"
