review for link directory

I am seeking a review of my link directory as far as content, getting around the site, how to improve, getting all my pages indexed. Thanks

I would bring down the glare and turn the yellow to gray.
The links directory was the most interesting thing going but did not have the same visual flare competng with red and blue.
dial down your colors in the style sheet and let people see the content.
