Review MinisitePublisher.com and Help with FAQ

Hi,
I need some help developing my FAQ. If you guys have the time please review my new web site for my minisite solution.

I am currently waiting for ClickBank approval for secure payment and affiliate program.

If you have any suggestion as to how to make my site better and referable please give me the suggestions.

I am also currently working on my FAQ page, so please if you have questions about this solution let me know, or if you can think of questions I should include in my FAQ please let me know.

Anyone that contributes to this thread, positive or negative. "Yes" negative comments are welcomed.

I will give you a free hosted site for one of your domain names.

So far the only feedback I have recieved is from "domaingenius" who said that he does not trust the site becuase of the Whois. Would you guys agree with him. If so what do you recommend I do to my Whois so people like "domaingenius" feel this service is legit?

1)Add an extra year or 2 to the expiration date to make it look like you're in this business to stay as a bona fide ongoing concern.
2)Remove the "that's optional" you have in the whois information
3)Consider registering other extensions such as .net, .org etc.

As for FAQ- I would separate the questions by topics such as, design, account questions, Hosting, etc rather then having to scroll down and having to read each one to see what I'm looking for.

I would remove those "links" at the bottom of the home page until you have real links to put there- it makes it unprofessional and like the site is incomplete.

Go over spelling and grammar. If I am about to use a service- once I see improper English... I am gone.

Wow, thanks Foxxo I really appreciate your comments. Thanks to those of you beta testing our solution we found a few important bugs, which will delay the release possibly a couple weeks +/-

During this time I will focus on your suggestions. However I cant change the data of how long this name has been registered for, but I can do everything else.

Again thanks, and as soon as we are ready to release I will give you a free site license.

I would remove the "this website is for sale" banner in the top right corner of your site. It does not give a feeling of security. Otherwise, it looks you got a great program.

lol...I didn't even realize I had that set, thanks for pointing that out. My launch has been delayed, I have to dot a couple more i's and cross a couple more t's.

I appreciate your call out, this site is not for sale...lol!
