At first glance I would change your body text to match the font in your sidebar. Right now it looks very 'default' and screams lack of polish.

This has been my project for the past 3 months
http://www.notexperienced.co.uk
Aim of the site is to help people with little experience, graduates from college, uni find the jobs they want. Also people looking for a new career in a different field
I have created a account so you guys can look around the jobseeker's account and the employers account
username:example
password:example
At first the user gets 50 credits to list there jobs even though the payment system is setup, It wont come into effect as 50 job listings will last some time.
So give me your thoughts on the idea, the site, whats bad, whats good
Many thanks
Chris

Looks good, now go add some large jobs database
Also add unique titles for every page and use mod_rewrite to make urls more seo friendly
Visit my blog
Agree on the mod rewrite suggestions.
