You should center your banner. It makes the rest of you site look uneven. But other than that, I'd give it a 9/10.
I find the site amazing.
I also would give it 9/10, only because it is *just* a little too dark in 2 monitors I tried.

Here are something that i would suggest you could improve on
* Banner - Doesn't match with the site layout some how. Try to add border to your banner. Preferable the border around the article.(orange borders)
* Loading time : the site loads slow

The title of the site at the top of the page
is hard to make out, in scratchy, faded letters
'GameCheatForum.com'
I would make the letters stand out more,
so that it will leave an impression in your
visitors minds. Right now you have to look
hard to see what the words spell. You will work
hard to get visitors to your site, so it should
be clear to them what site they are at.

All,
I just redid my header area. I put it in a border and defined the scratched name a tad. I wil be fixing the buttons on the bottom left of the header. i wil also be putting the "G" on the other iamges.
Opinions....Better?....Worse?
Nice site. But please be right on the target. Take out the useless boxes which aren't needed andd the forum can do without it. If a user sees or remembers your site it will be as a game cheats forum. Not games cheats portal. So put some extra weight on the forum side.
Everthing else is nice. Also provide the info as soon as possible. Don't make user search for inforamtion. Layout and graphics are also nice.
